Cheryl-Ann Hills Biography 2021

A native of Kitchener Waterloo, Cheryl has been living and working in Hamilton for over 25 years.

She began oil painting at the age of 16 under the guidance of a locally known landscape painter. She attended an arts program at Georgian College in Owen Sound, Ontario. Today, she spends most of her time creating her art, developing online art workshops, and providing graphic design services from her home based art studio.

Deeply curious about the natural world, Cheryl’s work expresses her deep love for nature. Using a mix of mediums both traditional and non-traditional, Cheryl creates dramatic landscapes that play and explore colour, light, and textures.

Cheryl continues to refine and grow her artistic skills and knowledge in preparation for future opportunities to show her work to local and world-wide audiences.
