"Not-So-Empty Bowls"

Join us at Norval Presbyterian Church on Saturday, September 30th for this fundraiser for Lucy Maud Montgomery Museum. Buy a one-of-a-kind bowl and fill it with soup .. 

The Credit Valley Artisans (CVA) are creating 150 Unique Ceramic bowls for sale with Soup and desert at a Soup Luncheon . Talented CVA Potters are donating bowls to be sold with soup and related food. The CVA Stained Glass Guild is donating a "Canada 150" stained glass wall hanging to be auctioned off or as a draw tickets prize. Palette and Pencil Guild is creating and donating 150 small paintings for sale at the luncheon. All proceeds of the luncheon to go to the purchase of the Manse and to create a Norval Literary Museum on site.

Also, we will be having displays with various forms of original artworks created by local artists. A portion of these sales will be donated to the fundraiser.

There are 2 lunch sittings of 75 for a total of 150 – at 11:30am and again at 1:00pm and tickets will be for sale in advance. You may also buy tickets at the door – if not sold out in advance.

As our Culture Days contribution, we will be having an unique art creation experience for all to enjoy during the times for the luncheon. Our local artists will assist you and your family in creating your own masterpiece.
